Some of you are discussing serious lawyering with the most serious lawyer. Others are reuniting with old friends, or meeting new ones(?) . . . and some of you are just flat-out riding bad decision dinosaur trains.

The area here has a lot of large buildings, with sturdy architecture and an official air to them, very governmental or administrative. Luka is leading you about one building over and around a corner.

Luka says, "You just wanted to go nearby. There's not much exciting around here. It's... orderly around here."

There are people - demons, though, some humanoid, others not. The sky is very, very dark, and also very, very far away; the pit you are in most likely casts shadows that prevents true light from entering.

You enter the courthouse!

The lobby is wide, with twin stairwells leading up left and right. Twisted archetecture fills it, metal beams and twisted wood and stone forming human figures throughout the walls, which bulge strangely. There is a cloud of smoke -- sort of Luka-like, actually -- twisting into various shapes behind the lobby desk. There are screams echoing through the building, sobbing pleas.

[between the twisted figures and the screams, this place really sucks :(]

Is that cloud of smoke another demon? like Luka?

Perhaps the figures were just carved into the walls. Perhaps.

"They're probably other trials," Elli mutters. Luka adds, "Yes, that's a demon too. We're possessor-types."
