[Day 4] Hell

Some of you are discussing serious lawyering with the most serious lawyer. Others are reuniting with old friends, or meeting new ones(?) . . . and some of you are just flat-out riding bad decision dinosaur trains.

You think you're soooo good-looking that saying someone doesn't look like you is automatically an insult...

"I am," Bastien says.

[beh, sticks his tongue out briefly before smiling]

Well, hopefully you have a mirror here to keep you company... ♥ I'm going to go find Lucia.

"Tell the brat I think she has terrible taste."

[LOOKS NOTHING BUT PLEASED AT THAT]

It also was not locked! Lucia is curled up on the bed with a pillow over her head.

...Lucia?

[shutting the door behind him, trying to determine if she's asleep]

She lifts the pillow and absolutely wasn't crying or anything.

[oh that's not at all awkward] Are--Are you okay...

"I'm FINE," she says, sniffing.

[...going to flop down to sit on the bed]

We've been talking with that lawyer about ways to help...

She presses close needily. "Uh-huh?"

[sorta drapehugging her] Um... Well, I think at least he has an idea of how to help you out for everything!

Lucia totally leans into it. "What is it, then?"

You did a lot of things so we have to explain them all somehow, you know, and it's not like we can blame the Sword for everything like with Bastien... Umm, he asked me about you stealing things, and I said other people stole most of the things! So he said if it's like that, if they were mostly presents for you, then that might work. ♥

She blinks. "...would everyone really say that?"

I would say it... Anyway, everyone is here to try and get you free! And I'm pretty sure none of them believe that they have to do everything you say. So they could have just refused. At least, us from camp.

"Yeah... you're right. It's not like anyone had to when it was the stealing stuff..."

As for the other stuff...

--Well, I think he figured out most of that anyway. Somehow. I think he knows what he's doing!
