For some of you, this may be a familiar feeling. For others, it's a new sensation: a tug, a pull, suddenly finding yourself slipping between the cracks and opening your eyes in someplace that was not where you were a few moments ago. It feels like getting tugged into someone's embrace: warm, a little exhilarating.

As for where you find yourselves:

It's a tidy, well-kept garden in the backyard of a small house with yellow trim. The house is a little run down, but immaculately clean and well-kept. It's a sunny day, and there are literally pies cooling on the windowsill.

There is a red-haired boy standing on the rooftop, looking down at everyone with his hands outstretched. One moment, he seems very calm. The next moment, it's sheer panic.

"Oh???"

So . . . like Maon said, you were summoned. Or rather, I summoned you.

I get visions of the future a lot. But it's not really clear or easy to figure out what needs to be done or why. I just knew that I needed to do this, and I know what our next steps are, and I know . . . it's important? I know what it involves, roughly, but as for what you encounter there—there's too many possibilities.

[a pause, thoughtful, while he considers his words]

I've had—dreams where a lot of people are getting hurt. And I think we can stop it. I think . . . it also has something to do with . . . someone that's been a big problem for us in the past. And will be in the future. I think this will bring us closer to being able to stand up against him, keep him from getting more powerful.

It's—I think it's in some place a little far from here.

I bought . . . train tickets. I bought a lot of tickets and wasn't sure why, but now I know why. So that's where we'll start.
