[Game 21] Summoning

For some of you, this may be a familiar feeling. For others, it's a new sensation: a tug, a pull, suddenly finding yourself slipping between the cracks and opening your eyes in someplace that was not where you were a few moments ago. It feels like getting tugged into someone's embrace: warm, a little exhilarating.

As for where you find yourselves:

It's a tidy, well-kept garden in the backyard of a small house with yellow trim. The house is a little run down, but immaculately clean and well-kept. It's a sunny day, and there are literally pies cooling on the windowsill.

There is a red-haired boy standing on the rooftop, looking down at everyone with his hands outstretched. One moment, he seems very calm. The next moment, it's sheer panic.

"Oh???"

Yeah...it's a bit much. To be on my lawn.

You could escape into the house if it gets to be too much. I won't tell.

I need to be good. There's no helping it.

If you say so. Things are probably only going to get busier from here, after all... though maybe in smaller groups.

[stops in mid-sentence and starts going through his pockets. he pulls out... a keyring?]

[works a keychain off of the main ring, and holds it out to Kano. it's about the size and shape of a charm you'd find at a shrine or temple giftshop, but homemade.]

Last time, I said I'd make you your own protective charm if we made it through everything all right, remember?

I don't really know how well it'll work, since there isn't much I can do to test out that kind of thing at home anymore, but... well, hopefully it's okay.
