[Game 21] Summoning

For some of you, this may be a familiar feeling. For others, it's a new sensation: a tug, a pull, suddenly finding yourself slipping between the cracks and opening your eyes in someplace that was not where you were a few moments ago. It feels like getting tugged into someone's embrace: warm, a little exhilarating.

As for where you find yourselves:

It's a tidy, well-kept garden in the backyard of a small house with yellow trim. The house is a little run down, but immaculately clean and well-kept. It's a sunny day, and there are literally pies cooling on the windowsill.

There is a red-haired boy standing on the rooftop, looking down at everyone with his hands outstretched. One moment, he seems very calm. The next moment, it's sheer panic.

"Oh???"

My memory isn't very clear these days either, but I believe it was your wedding.

Ah, well, this is probably going to be way worse than that! But hopefully not too bad.

Is something the matter?

Stuff is usually the matter... Um, enough that I stopped really feeling the impending doom all the time. It'll probably be easier for him to explain whatever's going on because it's not like I have any idea why I'm suddenly here.

I mean that's kind of the way things always are here.

Have you been doing well lately though?

[ancestuous]

I think so. I've... forgotten much. I've changed as well, but it was a kindness someone wished for me.

[playfair]

Amnesia is kindness...?

The me from before... I don't really know much about him, and what I do remember from here, from Aather, feels a bit like a dream. Did you know I was a vampire?

I think so, although, most people I know are pretty weird..

You're from that Aather place?? Just so you know, I don't care who I'm dating in any alternate universes, so you don't have to tell me!

I'm human now.

...You mean you aren't from Aather as well? And I don't know who you were dating, if anyone.

I came from Camp, and I came there from Barsburg!

I didn't know you could un-become a vampire...

[ancestuous]

Somehow, it's possible.

...I guess anything is possible!
