[Game 11] Infosharing

[Team Orchid, when you get back to the car, Zoey lets you know that Lucia wants to meet back up to share information and findings.]

[Team House Exploration, shortly after you read the papers, you get a call from Lucia that she wants to meet up back up to share information and findings. A Crow definitely tries to come back with you and you might as well take him since you all just know he'll just follow overhead if you don't.]

[Team Lucia House IS ALREADY HERE]

[Team Office Exploration is... gonna get a call but is still investigating so yes]

[WHEN EVERYONE IS HERE:]

So. First, let's all tell everyone what we've learned and discuss it. Then let's put out any theories we have and try to figure out what we can learn from it.

[Short, shallow breathing through his teeth. His voice has gone up an octave in stress, but still not raising in volume, in fact, might be a little softer as he muffles any further noises of distress.]

[Not sure his arms are breaking or not under that grip, it sure feels like it.]

[Yet his focus is oddly still on the argument, the anger. The pain is real and distracting, but for a wimp who isn't used to being in pain at all, maybe it is pride, but he's still angry.]

Is it so hard ugh! to trust me?

[Breathing rapidly.] M-maybe I am proud, but... aren't you? Do you think I want to see you... make a deal to bail me out of something I walked in on...? Don't scare me like that.

[Would say more but pretty sure Hunter is crushing his forearms and it's hard to focus.]

[back from discussing things and--!!!]

Hunter, stop, he's in pain! [grabs onto Hunter's upper arm]

Edmund--

[it hits him. there's a second of dead silence as his expression shifts from rage to flat shock.

and then he's dropping Shark like he's scalding him, backpedaling so fast he trips up on the chair and sits down hard.]

No...

[Dropped then? Wincing and not... doing more than sitting upright and breathing. Holy shit he feels like a giant bruise.]

[Edmund will have to deal with Hunter for a second while Shark gets his breathing shallow enough that he doesn't hurt THAT much to exist and yet deep enough he doesn't feel about to pass out. It's a delicate balance.]

[giving Shark a quick once over, then grabs Hunter's shoulder to get his attention]

Can you go get the first aid kit for me, wherever it is?

[...nods mutely, and goes to find the first aid kit.]

[Is pretty lucky not to have a bunch of broken ribs and other bones so just chilling here.]

......Thanks...

[Good time for self-reflection though. Uh. That was pretty much his own fault wasn't it? Oops.]

[kneels down to get a better look at Shark's injuries in the meantime]

This is going to hurt. [apologetic] But I'll do my best to be careful.

...Okay.

[Edmund can discover, while Shark makes pathetic noises of pain like a wimp and bites them down, that he's damn lucky most of his bones aren't broken. Everything from the back of his neck to the back of his thighs is going to be bruise and he'll have bruise-marks in vague hand shapes on his upper arms. One shoulder is dislocated, and there might be some cracked bones it's hard to tell with an external exam, that could just be Shark being a tender and delicate flower and whimpering more when poked.]

[Basically never get slammed into a wall by Hunter.]

All right. Some of these we'll need checked out by a doctor to make sure they're not fractures or some kind. You've got bruises everywhere, which we'll treat and let them heal naturally.

But we can relocate this shoulder, and it's not going to be fun at all.

[Closes his eyes and makes a pitiful little noise.]

We should.... Get it over with I guess...

[nods, grips his upper arm and his shoulder]

Okay. Keep your tongue out of the way of your teeth. On the count of three. One... Two...

[Kind of barely processes the instructions because manhandling, but obedient and bracing himself.]

[When Edmund sets the joint he's actually going to scream though.]

--Three! [gives his limb a firm shove to set it]

[And there's the screaming.]

[tears back into the room, kit in hand, horrorfacing just about as hard as he can.]

[voice dies. ididthisididthis.]

[winces at the scream, but works hard to make sure it's set right, SURE DIDN'T NOTICE HUNTER YET]

[touches as carefully as he can to check] There...

[Sorry Hunter cannot process you exist right now. And Shark jerks roughly back from Edmund before forcing himself to let the other examine it. On the upside yes, Edmund set it right! Perfectly actually? Just that hurts like fifty levels of fuck.]

[satisfied enough to sit back on his heels to let him rest and looks up, finally noticing Hunter]

Ah, thank you. [reaches out for the first aid kit]

[cannot rip his eyes off of Shark, sorry, hold on.]

[Kind of looks up but facial expressions and moving and breathing and existing is hard so has no idea what his face looks like.]

... Hunter?

[...squeezes his eyes shut and moves the kit within Edmund's reach.]

[can I just pull you closer so I can take the kit properly]
