The woman has long pale blue hair which is arranged in a frighteningly elaborate pinned hairstyle piled on her head, and long blue robes in multiple layers. Her eyes are a solid, pupil-less gold. "Good day," she says, her tones soft and whispering, layered oddly as if she speaks in many voices at once.
