Some of you are discussing serious lawyering with the most serious lawyer. Others are reuniting with old friends, or meeting new ones(?) . . . and some of you are just flat-out riding bad decision dinosaur trains.

David looks uncertain, but nods. "Tristan's . . . okay," he says. "I'd like to get him out of here, too. But—he's still a demon. So . . . be careful."

You have more than enough to worry about, try not to stress about me on top of it-- I've dealt with Tristan before, it's fine.

David's mouth curves, yellow eyes a little cold. "It's not that I'm worried about you personally, exactly," he says.

"There's nameplates on the doors," David says. "I guess we're looking at the plates on floor two and four."
