I really don't care anything about this damned trial. You'd be hard-pressed to find me on the stand for someone I actually cared about let alone...

"Why do you have to care?" Elli says. "For --justice. To still be done."

You're mistaking me for someone who gives half a damn about something like justice.

"I guess so," Elli says. "What about powerful forces greater than you not giving a damn for your preferences? Because I think that's sort of happening here."

You're making the same mistake again... you're two for two, care to make any more erroneous assumptions?

"I'm just saying," she says, "your path of least resistance is actually going along with it."

Luka laughs from her neck.

But that's too easy. Too boring. I think that counts enough as three for three...

"Maybe you are just too much of a dick," Elli suggests. "I don't know. I'm not making assumptions. I'm pointing out facts. It's not like this is a situation you have power in."
